<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bicicas has added <strong>4 new electric bicycles</strong> to its service, making access easier for the users for whom these vehicles are intended.</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">With this expansion, we aim to encourage the use of bicycles as a sustainable urban mobility option among older people in our city.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Who can use the electric bicycles?</h3>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Users who meet at least one of the following conditions can access the electric bicycles:</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">• Be <strong>55 years old or older</strong>.<br>• Have a <strong>reduced mobility rating of at least 7 points</strong>.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">How can I request access?</h3>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">You only need to prove your eligibility in one of the following ways:</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">• Send your documentation to <strong>bicicas@bicicas.es</strong>, requesting access to this service.<br>• Visit our office at <strong>Polígono Estadio, Nave 18</strong>, Monday to Friday, from <strong>7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.</strong></p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A valid document proving the user’s age must be provided (<strong>ID card, NIE or Passport</strong>).</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In cases of reduced mobility, a <strong>disability assessment certificate</strong> must also be provided.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Where can I find them?</h3>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Electric bicycles operate in the same way as conventional bicycles and are subject to the same terms of use. You can check their availability through the <strong>Bicicas App map</strong> or at <strong>bicicas.es</strong>.</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Stations with an electric bicycle available will appear <strong>in blue</strong> on the map.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Qui pot utilitzar les bicicletes elèctriques?</h3>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Podran accedir a les bicicletes elèctriques les persones usuàries que complisquen alguna d’estes condicions:</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">• Tindre <strong>55 anys o més</strong>.<br>• Presentar una <strong>mobilitat reduïda mínima de 7 punts</strong>.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Com sol·licitar l’accés?</h3>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Només has d’acreditar la teua condició d’una d’estes dues formes:</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">• Envia la documentació a <strong>bicicas@bicicas.es</strong>, sol·licitant l’alta d’este servei.<br>• Pots passar per la nostra oficina al <strong>Polígon Estadi, Nau 18</strong>, de dilluns a divendres de <strong>7.00 a 19.00 h</strong>.</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Serà necessari aportar un document vàlid que acredite l’edat de la persona usuària (<strong>DNI, NIE o Passaport</strong>).</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En cas de mobilitat reduïda, caldrà presentar el <strong>certificat de grau de discapacitat</strong>.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Les bicicletes elèctriques funcionen igual que les convencionals i es regixen per les mateixes normes d’ús. Pots consultar en quines estacions estan disponibles des del mapa de l’<strong>APP Bicicas</strong> o en <strong>bicicas.es</strong>.</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Els punts de préstec on hi haja una bicicleta elèctrica estacionada apareixeran <strong>en color blau</strong>.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Grâce à cette extension, nous souhaitons promouvoir l’usage du vélo comme moyen de mobilité urbaine durable auprès des personnes plus âgées de notre ville.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Qui peut utiliser les vélos électriques ?</h3>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Peuvent accéder aux vélos électriques les utilisateurs remplissant l’une des conditions suivantes :</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">• Avoir <strong>55 ans ou plus</strong>.<br>• Présenter une <strong>mobilité réduite avec un minimum de 7 points</strong>.</p>
<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Comment demander l’accès ?</h3>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Il suffit de justifier votre situation de l’une des manières suivantes :</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">• Envoyer vos documents à <strong>bicicas@bicicas.es</strong> en demandant l’activation de ce service.<br>• Vous rendre à nos bureaux situés au <strong>Polígono Estadio, Nave 18</strong>, du lundi au vendredi, de <strong>7h00 à 19h00</strong>.</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Il sera nécessaire de fournir un document valide attestant de l’âge de l’utilisateur (<strong>carte d’identité, NIE ou passeport</strong>).</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">En cas de mobilité réduite, il faudra également présenter le <strong>certificat de degré de handicap</strong>.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Les vélos électriques fonctionnent de la même manière que les vélos classiques et sont soumis aux mêmes règles d’utilisation. Vous pouvez vérifier leur disponibilité sur la <strong>carte de l’application Bicicas</strong> ou sur <strong>bicicas.es</strong>.</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Les stations disposant d’un vélo électrique apparaîtront <strong>en bleu</strong> sur la carte.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pueden acceder a las bicicletas eléctricas las personas usuarias que cumplan alguna de estas condiciones:</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">• Tener 55 años o más.</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">• Presentar una movilidad reducida mínima de 7 puntos.</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">¿Cómo solicitar el acceso?</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Solo tienes que acreditar tu condición de una de estas dos formas: • Envía tu documentación a bicicas@bicicas.es, solicitando el alta de este servicio</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">¿Dónde las encuentro?</p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Las bicicletas eléctricas funcionan igual que las convencionales y se rigen por las mismas normas de uso. Puedes consultar en qué estaciones están disponibles desde el mapa de la APP Bicicas o en bicicas.es. Los puntos de préstamo donde haya una bici eléctrica estacionada aparecerán en color azul.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>À l’occasion de la Semaine européenne de la mobilité, qui se tiendra du 16 au 22 septembre, Bicicas participera à nouveau aux activités organisées en proposant un atelier itinérant gratuit permettant aux citoyens de bénéficier d’une assistance technique et d’une formation sur l’entretien de leurs propres vélos. Cet atelier sera présent sur les différents sites retenus pour les animations prévues dans le cadre de cette édition.</em></p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>Ces journées ont pour objectif de mettre en valeur et de promouvoir l’accessibilité universelle aux transports durables, en adaptant les déplacements urbains à toutes les tranches d’âge et en favorisant une plus grande équité pour l’ensemble des citoyens.</em></p>
<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><em>Comme les années précédentes, Bicicas participera également à la randonnée cycliste populaire en apportant une assistance technique ainsi qu’un véhicule de soutien en cas d’incident.</em></p>
